If your video uploads and appears as a grey box in transcript editing mode, it's because the footage didn't have any audio that could be transcribed. You can still edit this video and add motion graphics in Capsule!

If your video does not have any audio that can be transcribed, the footage will appear as a grey rectangle after uploading into your project.

Switch to Timeline View in the lower left portion of your screen.

Above the clip timeline, you'll see an option to 'Click to Add Design'.

Drag your mouse to the time when you want to add a design.

You can select any design component to add it on top of your footage.

Layer on as many designs as you need!
