When adding components in Timeline view, scrub to where you want to place the component and click the purple plus sign. Then, select 'Add Design' and choose your component. It will appear in the design bar, where you can drag it to your desired position or trim it to set the duration.
After components have been added, they will be displayed in the design bar by a small icon you can click into to bring the component's settings up.
Overlaying Multiple Components
To overlay multiple components in Timeline view, follow the same steps to add each one to the design bar. Once you add a second component, previously added elements will appear in neon blue, making it easy to track their position and align them precisely. You can identify added components by the icons displayed above the design bar. When multiple components overlap, click the numbered icon to switch between them
