You can rearrange any clip in your project to appear at a different time.

After you've uploaded more media to your project or added components as their own clip, like an intro or outro, make sure you are switched to Clip View in the lower left.

In Clip View, select the clip you want to move and drag it to the position you want.

You'll see your transcript and timeline update instantly.
